Refund & Refund Policy
If the goods can not satisfy you. It is for sure that you can send it back for refund or exchange. Please notice that if you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact customer service firstly, you can send the items back after their confirmation. Buyer needs to pay the return shipping fee if it is not a quality problem.
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping
We now use FedEx or DHL as our main shipping provider.Most international orders will be received with 3-5 businessed days,such USA, Europe, Canada. I got to track where my package was. I ordered on the 8th and got it on the 12th. I just wish that the elastic band connectors were already sewed on to the wig but that's my only issue.

The hair looks good feels good packaging was neat I have not yet installed but I will post pictures once I put my finishing touches on it. Will buy again!! Also they added and wig cap and some lashes can’t go wrong with that. Very fast delivery as well
This wig exceeded my expectations. I was nervous about ordering a wig online, but I was looking for something different than what my local hair shops had to offer. I'm so pleased with this wig until I plan on ordering . It's soft and manageable...very good quality. The best part is that it looks so realistic. Works great for work and church, which is my main purpose for wanting a good quality wig.
