Refund & Refund Policy
If the goods can not satisfy you. It is for sure that you can send it back for refund or exchange. Please notice that if you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact customer service firstly, you can send the items back after their confirmation. The 13X4 isn’t a true 4 inches from ear to ear. It’s like 4 on the top and then tapers on the sides. There is some odd track placement which limits parting. It definitely did not have a preplucked hairline. It also has an odd smell any time it is wet that I cannot get rid off
