Refund & Refund Policy
If the goods can not satisfy you. It is for sure that you can send it back for refund or exchange. Please notice that if you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact customer service firstly, you can send the items back after their confirmation. Buyer needs to pay the return shipping fee if it is not a quality problem.
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Needed a 5x5 closure and RoseHair gave me a discount for 30% off the original price. Shipping could’ve been faster but the hair came in a box with a mini bag full of goodies and hair necessities. Closure can get matted and has a lot of red fibers.
