Refund & Refund Policy
If the goods can not satisfy you. It is for sure that you can send it back for refund or exchange. Please notice that if you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact customer service firstly, you can send the items back after their confirmation. Buyer needs to pay the return shipping fee if it is not a quality problem.

I wish I took pictures before I started to have fun with this hair! My first time EVER ordering off of this app..literally..and ladies let me tell you I LOVE this hair. When I got it (few days after purchasing) little to no shedding, soft as ever, didn’t smell, and plucking was very easy! Will absolutely shop again!!!
