Refund & Refund Policy
If the goods can not satisfy you. It is for sure that you can send it back for refund or exchange. Please notice that if you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact customer service firstly, you can send the items back after their confirmation. Buyer needs to pay the return shipping fee if it is not a quality problem.
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We now use FedEx or DHL as our main shipping provider.Most international orders will be received with 3-5 businessed days,such USA, Europe, Canada. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the destination country's customs clearance processes.
Territories of the United States: For those who reside in a territory of the United States that we ship to, please allow anywhere between 3-5 business days for your order to reach your destination.
